Start with the problem as you experience it. No policy vocabulary required.
CIVICDUTY / COMMUNITY INTELLIGENCE
Bring a local idea in everyday language. CivicDuty helps shape it into a case people can understand, challenge, and carry to the right public office.
HOW THE ARENA IS MEANT TO WORK
The long-term CivicDuty design pairs AI-assisted drafting with deterministic checks, local evidence, and a human decision gate at every consequential step.
Start with the problem as you experience it. No policy vocabulary required.
An assisted drafting layer can turn your words into a legislative-style brief and return it to you for edits.
Stress cost, evidence, implementation, access, legal authority, and who bears the risk.
You inspect the draft, correct it, record dissent, and choose whether it is ready to share.
Find the responsible jurisdiction and follow its public process. The pilot does not submit for you.
What this preview does not do: It does not call an AI service, collect a wallet ID, anchor a record, score a person, or contact a government office. Those are future, separately governed capabilities—not hidden assumptions.
THE FIRST MOVE IS HUMAN
You do not need the legal language. Give the issue a name and let the workbench help you make the next questions visible.
THE PROPOSAL WORKBENCH / WORKING NOW
Your draft stays in this tab. Download a copy to keep it; closing or reloading clears unsaved work.
THE PUBLIC DOCKET / CURATED PREVIEW
Choose the jurisdiction you mean, read reviewed community proposals in plain language, and follow the official source for current agendas.

Today’s pilot is a static planning workbench. It uses transparent arithmetic, local official links, curated proposal reviews, and exports that you control. It is designed to make a proposal more inspectable—not to make a decision in your name.
Local draft starter, three cost scenarios, evidence and dissent prompts, official route guidance, and legislation explorer preview.
Governed AI drafting, source-grounded stress tests, live civic records, accessibility review, and an accountable review queue.
No wallet anchoring, score threshold, municipal submission, or publication should happen without authorized human review.
No analytics, accounts, geolocation, AI calls, or server submission are enabled. Drafts are held in memory and exported only when you choose. Hosting providers may still record ordinary page requests. Use general locations and avoid personal information.
Keyboard and small-screen flows are included. Assisted participation, Spanish content reviewed by a fluent local reviewer, and an independent accessibility review remain launch tasks. This site does not claim WCAG certification or County endorsement.
